Makin' It Monday-Monogram Picture Frame

We went to a wedding recently and I thought I would make a personalized gift...a framed monogram.

I had an old picture frame that I took off the backing so I could spray paint it a metallic silver.

I bought a wooden letter at Hobby Lobby...half off...really I can't seem to buy anything full price there...I spray painted it too.

Oh, did I mention I got the cool mini can of spray paint at Hobby Lobby too??

Now, for the decorative paper.  I have tons of the stuff, but nothing really suited this project....so I HAD to go buy some...I know, I know, I probably had something that would have worked, but didn't look hard enough.

I covered the back with the pretty paper.

Then I hot glued and reattached the frame.
Then I attached the letter with glue to the paper backing.
Here is the final look.

I think it turned out nice...I hope the happy couple likes it!!

Happy Crafting!!
