What's For Dinner Friday-Hot N Cheesy Chicken Casserole

This is the first time I have made this recipe, but it was easy and yummy.  A good combination in my book.

Here is what ya need:

2-3 cups cubed chicken
2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups frozen peas
14 oz. frozen broccoli
can of cream of chicken soup
can nacho cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Place the cubed chicken in the bottom of a large casserole dish. 

In a bowl combine the frozen broccoli, peas and cooked rice. 

Pour over the chicken.

Combine the soups,  1/2 cheeses, and milk in a bowl. 

Pour them on top of the rice mixture.

Sprinkle with the cracker crumbs and top with the remaining cheeses.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Let it cool a bit, and enjoy!!
